- Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
- Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Excellent Communication Skills Required. (Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills can also apply)
- Proficiency in English & Tamil must. Malayalam & Hindi preferred
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
