Responsibilities:
1. Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the US and Canada to introduce our products/services.
2. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and qualification.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outbound calling efforts.
4. Establish rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
5. Provide accurate and timely information on products/services to potential customers.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and satisfaction.
7. Document all interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in telesales, particularly in cold calling for the US and Canada.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Solid negotiation and closing skills.
6. Familiarity with CRM software is a must.

Work Environment:
This is a work-from-home position with flexible shifts to accommodate US and Canada time zones.
