Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events; prepare agendas and take meeting minutes as needed.

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as required.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Conduct research, compile data, and assist with special projects as assigned.

Assist with personal tasks, including but not limited to managing household matters, arranging personal appointments, and coordinating family events.

Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including staff, clients, partners, and vendors.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant,



or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.

Resourcefulness, adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Working days: 26 days in a month

working hours: Flexible

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
