Job Title: Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into our data warehouse or data lake.

2. Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of data, as well as to support analytical requirements.

3. Database Management: Manage databases and data warehouses, ensuring their performance, reliability, and scalability.

4. Code Development: Write clean, productive, and well-documented code in Python and SQL to implement data processing logic and pipeline orchestration.

5. Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and software engineers, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

7. Continuous Improvement:



Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our data infrastructure and processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and scripting.
- Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Hevo, or similar.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and their data services (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Google Cloud Dataflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environ
