Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring work is completed as per the project plan.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and management for smooth project execution.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager or senior management.
- Maintain and manage site documentation, including attendance, work reports, and material inventory.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts on-site to prevent project delays.
- Enforce safety guidelines and ensure all workers adhere to company policies.
- Ensure the timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment needed for the project.

Key Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in site supervision,

- Solid knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
