- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical issues

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Typescript, Java, or Python
- Proficiency in frameworks like NestJS, NodeJS, Express, etc.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
