Position: Tempering Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the tempering machine to ensure smooth production.
- Monitor the machine's performance and perform necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Conduct routine checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues during operation.
- Maintain accurate records of machine performance, maintenance, and production outputs.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and monthly targets.

Requirements:
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in operating tempering machines.




- Robust understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of quality standards and safety protocols in manufacturing.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.
