We are hiring Customer Support Executives.This role involves interacting with customers over the phone, understanding their concerns, and providing accurate information in a professional manner.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible to apply
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills preferred
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone calls
- Maintain accurate call records and update internal systems
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up when necessary
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards

Additional Details:
- Work Mode: Office-based
- Working Days: 6 days a week | 1 weekly off
- Training will be provided after selection
