About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & manage prospect databases for lead generation.
- Generate and qualify leads through campaigns & follow-ups.
- Optimize campaigns for better open/response rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into business.
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM & GDPR guidelines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business.
- Knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, Salesforce.
- Strong written communication & analytical skills.
- LinkedIn outreach knowledge is a plus.
