Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience (4-6 years) in Flexo Printing within a skilled setting.
- Expertise in Color Management (Mandatory skill).
- Hands-on experience with Press Operation (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge of Flexographic Printing Techniques (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to perform Plate Making with precision and efficiency.
- Experience in Ink Mixing to achieve the desired color outcomes.
- Strong Quality Control aptitude for maintaining high standards in print output.
- Capability in Maintenance and Troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of printing equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate flexographic presses to produce printed materials according to job specifications.
- Manage color settings and adjustments to ensure color consistency and quality.




- Prepare printing plates and ink according to job requirements.
- Monitor and inspect printed materials to maintain quality control standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot printing machinery as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of print jobs.
- Maintain accurate records of print jobs and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during press operation.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
