Pykon Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting healthcare products, and assisting with inquiries. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by creating awareness and driving conversions for our wide range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, healthcare professionals, and distributors to promote Pykon Healthcare’s products.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update the CRM with relevant information.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volumes and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts.




- Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a telecaller or in a customer service role is a plus, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry or Freshers can also apply
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [specific languages, e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
- Robust listening skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM updates.
- Ability to handle customer objections and remain positive under pressure.
- Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical products.
