KPIs of the Admission Counsellor.

Preferred Skill Sets

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Understanding of ethical guidelines and regulations related to student admissions and enrolment.

Contacting the fresh leads and taking proper feedback.
- and post-admission processes.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families, addressing inquiries and providing personalized guidance throughout the admissions cycle.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.




One to three years of experience in academic counseling or marketing within the education industry.
Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or student services within an educational setting.

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule : Day shift

Supplemental pay : Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education: Bachelor's (preferred) (B.tech ECE)
