Interior Designer

Looking for a talented and creative designer who must be able to contribute in preparing plans, designs, drawings, Interior designing views, Elevations, client engagement and respective works

Responsibilities and Duties
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior design teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
- Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and sketches that align with client preferences and project goals.
- Utilize 3D modeling software (such as SketchUp, Enscape, Autodesk 3ds Max, or Blender) to create detailed interior models, floor plans, and spatial layouts.
- Select and incorporate appropriate furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of interior spaces.
- Create realistic renderings, visualizations, and walkthroughs of interior designs to present to clients and stakeholders.




- Iterate on design concepts based on feedback and incorporate revisions as necessary to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and coordinate implementation of design elements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design and 3D visualization.
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and design assets to facilitate efficient project management and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) working as a 3D Interior Designer or similar role, with a solid portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, or similar.
