Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Biology to post-graduate level students.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with academic standards and objectives.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technologies to facilitate student learning and understanding.
- Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' knowledge and skills.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning setting that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and coordinate interdisciplinary activities.
- Stay updated on advancements in the field of Biology and integrate relevant content into lessons.
- Mentor students conducting research projects or pursuing advanced studies in Biology.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents,



and colleagues regarding academic progress and concerns.

Qualifications:
- A post-graduate degree (Master's or higher) in Biology or a closely related field.
- Previous teaching experience at the post-graduate level preferred.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and improvement.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a passion for inspiring students in the field of Biology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
