Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate - Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
- Postgraduate - Degree in instructional design, educational technology,



or a related field.

Role Overview:

- Analyze learning needs and design appropriate assessments and activities.
- Ensure courses are user-friendly, visually appealing, and interactive.
- Revise and update courses based on feedback and changing needs.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
