Estimator/Asst. Architect Roles and Responsibilities
- Costing and Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for architectural projects based on the Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Analyse project specifications and drawings to identify the required quantities of materials, labour, and equipment.
- Research and gather pricing information for materials, subcontractors, and other project expenses.

- Organize and present the BOQ in a explicit and logical format, ensuring all elements are accurately represented.
