Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all shuttering (formwork) activities at the construction site.
- Read and interpret structural drawings for accurate shuttering implementation.
- Coordinate daily tasks with the site engineer and construction team.
- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain safety standards and work quality.
- Manage and guide the carpentry labor team effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in shuttering/formwork for building construction.
- Solid knowledge of traditional and system formwork methods.
- Ability to lead labor teams and manage site productivity.
- Must be experienced in both residential and commercial structures.
