- 1._ Business/ Financials
- 2._ _Achieve the set targets on MLAP Loans in terms of open market acquisition and existing potential customer conversion_
- 3._ _Maintain database of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafter_
- 4._ _Attend X (to be defined) number of prospects in a day/week/month to generate leads and references for MLAP Loans_
- 5._ _Should be ready to travel extensively across the catchment area of the location to build the base of business_

6. Customer _(Both Internal & External)_
- 7._ _Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner; provide prompt, efficient and accurate services and establish skilled relationship with them, with a long-term perspective_




- 8._ _Guarantee confidential treatment of all the information gathered from customers and demonstrate the highest order of integrity as per the code of conduct of the organization_
- 9._ Internal Process
- 11._ _Visit the customer’s business and home to do the assessment/evaluation, following the “Product Policy” procedures. _
- 12._ _Coordinate with the credit department in case of identifying discrepancies or problems in customer’s information, reports, etc. through Cluster Manager - MLAP_
- 13._ Innovation & Learning
- 14._ _Maintain up to date knowledge of MLAP product as well as a working knowledge of other products offered in the branch_
- 15._ _Inform Cluster Manager - MLAP about the demand in his/her assigned branch catchment as well as on the competition on a regular basis_
- 16._ _Ensure adherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self _
- Should be updated with the latest trends in civic and local laws of the location of operation_
