Roles & Responsibilities:
- HCI & Virtualization Management:
- Administer and optimize Nutanix HCI clusters
- Manage VMware/Hyper-V environments (migrations, patching, troubleshooting)
- Perform resource utilization analysis and capacity planning
- Server & OS Administration:
- Oversee Windows Server (AD, GPO, File/Print, DNS, DHCP) and Linux server environments
- Implement OS hardening, patching, and backup procedures
- Perform DR/BCP readiness including Azure Site Recovery, replication testing, and failover drills
- Datacenter, Network & Cloud Operations:
- Manage on-prem DC servers, racks, and network devices
- Oversee cloud integrations (Azure, OCI, AWS) for DR, backup, and hybrid workloads
- Solid understanding of L2/L3 networking, VLANs, VPNs, Zero Trust, segmentation
- Policy-based firewall and WAF/WAAP configuration knowledge
- Monitor server room health (UPS, PDU, AC,



temperature sensors)
- Security & Compliance:
- Manage & Support Firewalls, MFA’s, Security operations, Audit fixings, EDR/XDR (Sentinel One), and vulnerability remediation. Ensure audit readiness (ISO, VAPT, DR drills, cyber-insurance)
- Storage & Backup Expertise- Strong in Backup solutions - Cloud Backup, NAS, backup retention, secondary backups, and restore testing
- Operational Support & Escalations:
- Handle Level 2&3 escalations for critical incidents
- Lead RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for infra and security-related issues
- Mentor and guide junior team members with knowledge-sharing and delegation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
