Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative/Telecaller for our new Tea brand, which is incorporated with a sales promotion lucky draw. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our brand to potential customers.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns related to our Tea brand and sales promotion lucky draw.
- Provide accurate information about our products, promotions,



and services to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to promote our Tea brand and encourage participation in the sales promotion lucky draw.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by communicating effectively and sharing best practices.
