Job Overview:
The Food and Beverage Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in the dining area and ensuring the smooth operation of the F&B; department. The role involves serving customers, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized dining setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, and provide customers with receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Assist in preparing and setting up the dining area for service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe and clean working environment.




- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Working Conditions:
- 9-hour shifts with breaks as per company policy.
- 5 days off per month on a rotational basis.
- Uniforms provided, and adherence to the dress code is mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
