Role of Safety Officer : To ensure safety of man, material & premises at site.
- At the initial period will be placed in Pune before shifting back to mumbai
- Required Diploma
- Must be HSE certified
- Executing complete Setting, Health and Safety operations entailing planning, optimum use of available resources, maintenance and implementation of standard operating procedures.
- To ensure safety work at site.
- Labour & Site Engineer should be use safety norms.
- Conduct In-house Safety Orientation, Safety Training, and periodic safety drill
- Conducting Toolbox Talks, providing feedback on the hazards findings and take corrective actions
- Regular site visit and inspection of electrical safety, fire extinguishers, first aid boxes, hand tools, power tools, machinery, safety hygiene conditions, hazard identification and preventive measures, to insure a hazard free environment
- Must be always on Site to ensure safe work environment
- Safe maintain of all Safety equipment




- Preparation of all required documents (related safety management).
- Maintaining tracking reports for all Safety Equipment and Third-Party Inspection Certificate and take the proper action for renewal
- Coordinate with the client all required Safety Orientation Course
- Initiate request for all Safety Materials and PPE.
- Prepare Weekly Safety Reports
- Investigate, prepare, submit & maintain records of first aid cases & checklist, accident cases, near miss reports, incident reports, observation reports, site inspection, manpower& health safety environment (HSE) reports
- Conducting mock drills at the sites
- Inspection of scaffolds and ensure safety before commencing the workPreventive maintenance of all equipment
