Key Responsibilities
Ticketing: Book airline tickets for international flights.
Client Consultation: Understanding client preferences and provide tailored travel recommendations.
Fare Research: Analyze airfares to offer the best options available.
Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution System), e.g. Amadeus, Travelport GalileoFamiliar with Amadeus (GDS)
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience
Strong communication skills
