Title: Manager - Legal Operations

About Legal Operations:
Whom are we looking for?

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements to streamline legal operations and enhance productivity.
- Evaluate and recommend recent technologies including artificial intelligence to support legal operations to achieve automation and higher productivity for the function.
- Expansion, ongoing support, optimization, and enhancement of Contract Lifecycle Management tool to ensure productive contract management and cross-functional processes.
- Basic issue triaging and troubleshooting and coordination with CLM supplier for issue resolution.
- User-training to promote awareness and effective use of the CLM tool and other technologies.
- Perform Legal operation tasks including:




- Assignment of legal requests and maintaining the Activity tracker
- Review of SOWs
- Facilitate e-signatures.
- Other day-to-day legal operation tasks as required.
- Data analytics and reporting to assist decision making.

Qualification and Qualities:
- Total of 7 - 9 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in implementation and administration of a CLM tool strongly preferred.
- Experience in managing process improvement projects.
- Basic understanding of structure of commercial contracts.
- Good proficiency in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Good collaborator
