Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Corporate Litigation-General/Cyber/Securities/Privacy laws/civil laws. The primary responsibilities will include day-to-day tasks associated with corporate litigation, cybersecurity and securing data, securities laws, privacy laws, and civil laws.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Corporate Litigation-General/Cyber/Securities/Privacy laws/civil laws is required
- An LLB or JD degree is required
- Excellent knowledge of legal developments and changes in the laws of India and other relevant jurisdictions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a quick-paced environment
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and colleagues
