Front Desk Executive - Job Description

We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and organized Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and provide administrative support.

1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk and reception activities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests
- Attend and transfer phone calls professionally
- Maintain visitor records and office registers
- Coordinate meetings and manage conference room bookings
- Support HR and administration-related activities
- Draft basic letters, notices, and documents
- Perform Marathi typing for official documents and communication
- Maintain office files and records properly
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi,



and Marathi
- Marathi typing is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Professional and polite behavior
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Qualification:
- Any Graduate

Preferred:
- Experience in real estate/construction/company front office will be an added advantage

Salary:
As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
