Responsibilities:
- Teach German language to students of various proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced.
- Create and maintain interesting lesson plans and educational resources that accommodate a range of learning preferences.
- Assess students' progress orally, through assignments, tests, and other means, and offer helpful criticism.
- Provide students with individualized help and direction that takes into account their unique learning objectives and requirements.
- Keep the classroom atmosphere upbeat and productive while promoting practice and active engagement from the students.
- Keep abreast of language trends and the newest teaching techniques to improve the caliber of training.
Requirements:
- A C2 level proficiency in the German language.
- Proven experience in teaching German as a foreign language, preferably in a formal educational setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in German, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for teaching.
- Relevant teaching certifications or diplomas are highly desirable.
