Job title:Customer Support (Technical USA Voice Process)
Job Location: Zirakpur
Relevant Experience required: min 1 yr & max 2.5 yrs
Pay: 25,000 - 30,000
About Role: Provide customer support to USA customers via calls & chat for issues related to printer, router, Windows. Troubleshoot via remote access tools like any desk, TeamViewer & ultra viewer.
- Min 1 yr & max 2.5 yrs experience on technical international process is must
*Must have experience in taking calls & chat with US & Canadian customers
*Excellent communication skills is MUST
- Comfortable with night shift 9pm - 6am Monday to Friday
*Male preferred as its night shift without cab facility
