Objective: To assist in the execution of sales and marketing strategies, conduct market research, and support sales efforts, contributing to the overall growth and brand visibility of SWAIN ALUMINIUM PVT. LTD.

Title: Marketing Trainee

Function: Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Lead Creation: Identify and generate new business leads through various marketing channels.
- Distributor Visits: Regularly visit and engage with distributors to strengthen relationships, gather market feedback, and ensure the effective promotion of Swain Aluminium products.
- Marketing Activities: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Swain Aluminium’s products and services.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with necessary marketing materials and support.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Communication:



Maintain effective communication with potential clients, existing customers, and distributors to build and maintain relationships.
- Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and distributor engagement.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Any Degree (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred)
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in market research and data analysis.
- Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of marketing strategy implementation.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Preferred Experience: 0-1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role is desirable.
