We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team in Surat. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and qualify leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Experience: 2 years of experience in both customer service and sales, with a focus on customer support (70%) and sales (30%).
- Client Interaction: Experience working with US clients is preferred.
- International Exposure: Experience in international sales or customer service is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Location Flexibility: Must be able to commute or relocate to Katargam, Surat, before starting the role.
