Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with US healthcare billing standards.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Review and verify financial data, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Address and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and account statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless invoicing and payment processes.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Work night shifts to support US time zones and meet client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in invoicing and financial operations, preferably in the US healthcare sector.
- Robust proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with US accounting practices and healthcare billing standards.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred:
- Experience with healthcare-specific invoicing software or platforms.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulatory requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
