Key Responsibilities:

- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's development.

- Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure as required by state regulations.
- Previous experience working with young children,
preferably in a preschool setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
