Key Responsibilities:
- Manage brand presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging digital channels
- Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.) to support product awareness and conversion
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop campaign assets (videos, banners, posts, influencer briefs, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, engagement, conversions)
- Leverage consumer insights and trends to influence digital strategies and campaign messaging
- Oversee e-commerce marketing efforts for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.
- Implement SEO/SEM best practices to drive website and product page traffic
- Engage with digital influencers and content creators for collaborations and reviews

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in FMCG is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads,



Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush, etc.)
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketing platforms and online marketplace ads (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Excellent content sense, especially for quick-paced, visual FMCG marketing
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress, etc.)

- Experience working with FMCG Super Stockiest distributors, retailers, or D2C brands
- Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and performance tracking
- Experience running regional language or vernacular digital campaigns

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
