Position Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance activities of Engine Assembly Shop.
- Sound Knowledge on Siemens S7 PLC / Servo drives 840 D / VFD's / Siemens Profibus /Profinet /RFID system
- Control Systems.
- Should have Assembly shop maintenance experience handling different Special purpose machines ( DC nut runners / Leak testing machines.).
- IPV's knowledge on Controls and Proprietary software (Sigpod/ ATEQ / Cosmo / JWF etc..,)
- HMI Programming and exposure on SCADA systems.
- Able to co ordinate with production / Quality for achieving 95 % efficiency in Assembly line.
- Lead and manage group of Team Leaders, Associates and Act apprentices.
- Drive improvement actions on Safety, quality, delivery ,cost, Morale and environment.
- Analysis of the M/c breakdown failures & countermeasure plans.
- Should follow ISO, QS & FPS standard.
- Exposure in Predictive maintenance activities.
- Should have good knowledge in Pneumatics / Hydraulics.
- Robust knowledge on Mechanical drives( Gear box / LM guides / Ball Screw mechanism).
- Sound knowledge in Robots & CNC systems.




- Assembly Posmon, Andon, REA, PDS.IT Project implementation.
- Coordinate and support for New launch activities
- Manage maintenance activities of Engine Assembly line & Machine Shop.
- Knowledge about Dyno, ASRS, Dress line, HOT test cell & Cold Test Cell.
- Capable of studying layouts and installation / Commissioning of Machinery.
- Able to plan wear & spare parts and procurement of the same.
- Should have in depth knowledge in about Machine constructions.
- Should have SPC knowledge to monitor the machines in optimized way.
- Able to train sub ordinates in respected area.
- Able to co ordinate with production / Quality for achieving 90 % efficiency in machining line and 98% percent in conveyer line.
- Monitor and manage skill and versatility matrices of the teams.
