Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to design, implement, and test software features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Assist in debugging and troubleshooting issues in existing codebases.
- Contribute to code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Assist in writing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Engage in learning opportunities to enhance programming and software development knowledge.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Python programming, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Flask or Django (or other frameworks).
- Familiarity with software development principles such as object-oriented programming (OOP) and version control using Git.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of database management (SQL/NoSQL databases) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.
Educational Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous internship or project experience related to Python development is a plus
