Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and senior designers to create innovative design concepts for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D models.
- Assist in preparing presentations, renderings, and design documentation.
- Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met.
- Work closely with the construction and project management teams to implement design solutions.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
