The position
- As a Department Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:- Act as a primary point of contact between the Commercial GBS and internal/external parties, handling communication and responding on behalf of the Commercial GBS when necessary.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organised records, including preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Manage the Commercial GBS’s calendar, including arranging appointments, meetings, travel plans, preparing agendas and ensure follow-up actions are communicated and executed.
- Assist in various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and providing administrative support.
- Organise and coordinate company events, conferences, or other functions involving the Commercial GBS.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.Qualifications-




- Any bachelor’s degree with preferred background in administration.
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
- Good IT skills, particularly as an expert within most of the Microsoft Office package.
- Robust time-management skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- High integrity and ability to work with highly confidential information.About the department
