Aseema Charitable Trust is a Mumbai based non-governmental organization with a mission to equip children from marginalized communities with high quality, value-based education enabling development of their limitless potential.
It works in partnership with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai and is currently running three MCGM schools - The Pali Chimbai Municipal School in Bandra (West), The Pereirawadi Municipal School in Bandra (West) and The Kherwadi Municipal School in Bandra (East).

Responsibilities and Duties:
- To work under the guidance and supervision of the CWC Coordinator and Incharge.
- To prepare detailed case studies of the children in the school and ensure they are updated regularly
- To act as a link between the community and the school through regular home visits and ensure the home visits are documented
- To prepare CWC reports and minutes of the meeting under the Head
- To prepare students’ files and ensure that they are all up to date and contain all relevant documents




- To ensure the smooth functioning of the School Management Community by providing them regular trainings and facilitating meetings once in a month. To submit a monthly report of the SMC activities to the Head
- To actively support team members in the Nutrition & Medical Programme
- To organize training programmes every quarter for parents in a year on relevant issues such as health & hygiene, nutrition, positive parenting, child rights etc
- To coordinate with the School Administrator and assist in the distribution of uniforms, shoes, school supplies and other requirements for the children
- To complete administrative work and manage accounts on time
- To coordinate with School Head regarding student’s attendance and other issues pertaining to the child. In case of irregular attendance prompt home visit should be done
- To ensure that the overall attendance of children is growing in line with the goals set.
