We are looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to join our Global Indirect Tax team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands‑on experience in global indirect taxes and is comfortable working with systems, data, and tax processes. The person in this role will work closely with different internal teams and report to the Director, Group Indirect Tax.
Primary responsibilities:
- Will mainly work on US Sales Tax, Canada GST, and support global indirect tax compliances.
Role
- Manage GST / Sales Tax / VAT filings, audits, and related compliance for your assigned countries.
- Prepare and file US Sales Tax, Canada GST, India GST, and other global indirect tax returns accurately and on time.
- Work closely with Accounting, Payments, and Systems teams.
- Track changes in indirect tax laws and understand how they may impact the company.
- Support monthly reconciliations,
improve controls, and help ensure smooth reporting.
- Assist with tax forecasting, tax projects, and business initiatives.
- Review and improve existing processes, documentation, and controls.
- Handle queries from tax authorities and support statutory and internal audits.
- Help improve efficiency through better data, reporting, and analytics.
Requirement
- CA/CPA, MBA, or similar qualification is preferred.
- Solid experience in indirect tax compliance and Global tax exposure (minimum 3 years).
- Comfortable working with data and tax systems; strong skills in Excel.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with teams across the organization.
