Experience: Minimum 10 years in educational leadership
Salary Range: ₹12 - ₹24 LPA
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Management
- Implement and monitor curriculum delivery aligned with national and institutional standards.
- Evaluate teaching methodologies to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
- Establish regular systems for student assessment and academic review.
- Promote continuous learning and professional growth opportunities for faculty.
2. Student Welfare & Pastoral Care
- Foster a protected, inclusive, and empowering environment for adolescent girls.
- Oversee residential life, ensuring the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of students.
- Implement behavior management systems and provide or coordinate counseling support.
- Design and run empowerment and leadership programs tailored for girls.
3. Stakeholder & Community Engagement
- Build strong communication channels with parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with local communities, organizations, and educational bodies for partnerships and outreach.
- Represent the school at educational forums, conferences, and events.
4. Strategic Planning & Institutional Development
- Define and implement the school’s vision, goals, and long-term growth roadmap.
- Introduce innovative academic and co-curricular programs aligned with the school’s mission.
- Drive institutional transformation through effective change management.
Preferred Attributes
- Strong commitment to rural education and girls’ empowerment.
- Proven leadership experience in a residential or rural school environment.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- Fluency in English and Bengali preferred.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
