What’ll get your foot in the door:
- 8+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Interaction (Master’s preferred). Alternatively, you are a Certified Usability Analyst().

Other skills and experiences you will bring:
- Organized, self-directed, productive and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
- Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions
- Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
- Experience designing for and working with design systems and reusable component libraries
