As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of interior design projects, ensuring efficient coordination of laborers, adherence to project plans, and timely completion of work. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in managing multiple sites will contribute to our commitment to delivering outstanding interior design solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate laborer's to ensure the seamless execution of interior design projects. Collaborate closely with the project team, management, and internal procurement team to ensure project milestones and goals are achieved. *





Take accurate site measurements and communicate them effectively to the design and management teams. Monitor work progress on-site and proactively address any issues or challenges that arise during the project. *

Generate and submit weekly project reports to the management, detailing work completed, challenges faced, and upcoming tasks. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. *

Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines and deadlines. Maintain explicit and efficient communication channels with both the project team and management. *

Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office to document project-related information and communicate effectively. A minimum of five years of experience in site supervision within the interior design, construction, or related industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating projects, laborers, and resources. *
