Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in equipment and systems.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems and components.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Replace or repair faulty components, wiring, and other electrical parts.
- Test and calibrate electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to address and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an electrical repair technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, meters, and other electrical testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid electrical certification or license is preferred.
