Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the polishing machine for production processes.
- Monitor machine settings and make adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the polishing machine to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet the company's standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of production metrics and machine performance.

Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in operating polishing machines or similar equipment.
- Strong knowledge of machine maintenance,



polishing techniques, and safety protocols.
- Attention to detail with a focus on product quality and precision.
- Physical stamina to manage extended hours of machine operation.
- Team-oriented with positive communication and problem-solving skills.
