As Microencapsulation Scientist, you will play a vital role in the R&D; group support product development of microcapsule products - focusing on fragrance microcapsules.
Responsibilities:

- Synthesis and development microcapsules using emulsion polymerization
- Development of active delivery systems (polymer and other fragrance delivery system for home care and personal care products)
- Polybenzimidazole (PBI), Polysulfone and Polyacrylonitrile polymer/s membrane
- Polymer membrane and microcapsules fabrication and characterization by stereo optical microscope (Emulsion and condensation polymerization)
- Synthesis of organic cations for anion exchange membranes
- Synthesis of organic compounds and characterization by IR, UV, NMR and HRMS.
- Preparation of bimetallic nanoparticle catalyst supported on polymer.
- Organometallic one pot synthesis.
- Polymer and organic synthesis and characterization by SEM, TEM, IR, UV, NMR and MS).
Requirements:

- Master of Science in Organic Chemistry
- Min 5 years experience working with fragrance microcapsules.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work well in both a wider team and/or independently. Hands-on approach with excellent laboratory operating skills.

- Excellent communication skills.
