Job Summary:
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies to facilitate job placements for students.
- Coordinate placement drives and job fairs on campus.
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students.
- Design and implement effective placement strategies to achieve high placement ratios.
- Build solid industry connections with HR leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers.Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in placement or corporate relations within an academic institution.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with industry trends, recruitment processes, and student career guidance.
Ability to handle placement data analysis and present strategic insights
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
