Responsibilities - Reports to the Installation Manager.
- Analyze drawings & transparent all projects related doubts with the Designer.
- Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work with the coordinator.
- Ensure all carpenters/installers are wearing uniforms, and ID cards & follow office timings.
- Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project.
- Monitor installation works regularly & update it to the coordinator till completion of execution.
- Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.
- Adherence to System & Process from time to time.
- Develop a good rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both coordinator & Customers.




- Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update the report to Coordinator & Warehouse in charge.

- Should be thorough in all modular products & accessories aspects.
- Good communicator, ability to handle multi-functional activity & pressure in the execution process.
- Ability to create good rapport with internal & external customers.
- Forecasting the market trend & align with the business accordingly to keep up the market needs.
