Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in automating and streamlining operations and processes.
- Support the design, build, and maintenance of deployment, monitoring, and operations tools.
- Work on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Assist in managing infrastructure on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security, and assist in troubleshooting production issues.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Support the team in identifying and implementing infrastructure improvements.
- Assist with system backups, network configurations, and performance tuning.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a bonus.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
