Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist US-based clients with travel bookings.
- Handle flight reservations, hotel bookings, car rentals, and travel insurance.
- Use Amadeus for ticketing, cancellations, and reissuance.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and US travel regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for smooth travel arrangements.
- Handle urgent requests and resolve travel issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in US travel process.
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of hotels, car rentals, and air ticketing.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
- Immediate joining preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
