Position Duties
- Focused on renewing our current clients based on their subscription
- Reactive and proactive approach to meet monthly KPIs of X amount of cash collected | Y% of renewed clients
- Data driven and capacity to prepare reporting on his activities with a specific format agreed with the manager
- Enable to handle the clients objections
- Work with other sales team and customer success team to ensure client's satisfaction and address client's needs
- Nurture client relations
